What is Family Ministry at Redland?

Family Ministry at Redland Baptist Church is a holistic and intergenerational approach to ministry.  Leading the church to come alongside of parents to encourage, equip, and empower them to be the primary disciplers at home to reach this and future generations through the ministries of children, youth, and recreation.

Redland is a Grace-Driven Church.  Our Family Ministry is a picture of a partnership between church home.  Our GRACE At Home reflects the connection between church and home.  Our hope and dream is to see family’s live out the Deuteronomy 6:4-7 passage.

“Attention, Israel! God, our God! God the one and only!  Love God, your God, with your whole heart: love him with all that’s in you, love him with all you’ve got!  Write these commandments that I’ve given you today on your hearts. Get them inside of you and then get them inside your children. Talk about them wherever you are, sitting at home or walking in the street; talk about them from the time you get up in the morning to when you fall into bed at night.” (Deut. 6:4-7, The Message)

Throughout the year we offer GRACE@ Home series/studies that help us pursue our hope and dream for family’s at RBC to live their faith at home.
